Trained in the lecture-halls of Culinary EIACS, Felipe Espinosa is a chef who has succeeded in combining state-of-the-art techniques with local products, developing an elegant cuisine with pronounced flavours. A bon vivant and traveller, he collects gastronomic influences any time, anywhere. Within his experience are famous restaurants in Madrid, with 3 stars from the Michelin guide, or the Grand Hyatt in Sao Paulo. He has worked since 2009 as Executive Chef of our restaurant, House, Casa del Vino, where he has had a very warm welcome from diners. He is a host who expects to indulge all his guests.
